football.london sources close to West Ham have told us the club holds absolutely no interest in signing Osmanlispor midfielder Badou N’Diaye this summer.
The attacking midfielder has been reportedly close to sealing a £9m move from Turkey to the Hammers and even went as far as to say the 26-year-old was on his way to London for a medical.
However, we have learned that the club has never had an interest in the Senegalese star and a move for him is certainly not on the cards for now.
Our source told us: “Nothing at all. It isn’t happening, the club was never in for him.”
Multiple reports in Turkey have claimed that a move is close for the player who scored seven goals last season for the Turkish side, who would have cost around £9m to bring over to England.
In his first season with Osmanlispor FK in 2015/16, he did very well indeed. N’Diaye scored 11 goals that season in 33 Super Lig games in Turkey, including a hat trick against Mersin IY. He also picked up four assists and six yellow cards, but no red ones.
