Real Madrid have reportedly set a £62 million price tag on James Rodriguez – with some of Europe’s top clubs interested in the forward.
The 25-year-old has been with Los Blancos since 2014, signing for the La Liga giants after a brilliant World Cup campaign with Colombia.
However, over the last couple of seasons Rodriguez has found regular game-time more difficult to come by – only managing 22 appearance in the league last campaign.
That has led to uncertainty over the Colombia international’s future – with Chelsea, Manchester United, Paris Saint Germain and Bayern Munich all said to hold an interest.
Now, according to the Daily Mail, Real Madrid have set a £62m price for their star as they look to make money and space for a possible deal with Monaco for Kylian Mbappe.
The report also claims, however, that Rodriguez’s agent Jorge Mendes is pushing him towards a move to Manchester United – whilst the potential exit of Douglas Costa at Bayern could open a door at the Bundesliga club.
