Chelsea may have just been handed a massive boost ahead of Sunday’s Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley with the return to action of Eden Hazard and Tiemoue Bakayoko.
Hazard has been out since injuring his ankle during a training session with the Belgium national team in July, which then required surgery.
Bakayoko, a new signing for Chelsea this summer, is yet to appear under Antonio Conte having needed minor knee surgery at the end of last season.
Now it appears that the duo, along with Brazilian Kenedy, appeared in a behind closed doors friendly for the Blues at Cobham against Queens Park Rangers.
Hazard and Kenedy, linked with a loan move to Newcastle United this summer, were captured by Chelsea fan @ikkey27, apparently playing in the match, in these photos below.
While it may still be too soon for Hazard and Bakayoko to play a part at Wembley this weekend, the sight of them back out on the pitch in action will warm the hearts of the fans after the opening day defeat to Burnley.
