ALBION’s Premier League season continues on Saturday as they look to get back on track against Arsenal at The Hawthorns (ko 12.30pm).
Despite being 16 points adrift of leaders Chelsea in the Premier League and exiting the Champions League earlier this month, the Gooners still find themselves with a chance of silverware this season. A 5-0 win over Lincoln City last weekend put Arsene Wenger’s side into the last four of the Emirates FA Cup for the third time in four years. A tie with Manchester City awaits in April, but focus will now turn to the Baggies on Saturday and keeping in touch with Liverpool in the battle for a top four spot in the league.
Last time out
Olivier Giroud’s late header denied Albion what would have been a hard-earned point at the Emirates Stadium on Boxing Day.
There was late heartbreak for the Baggies at Arsenal in December
Matt Phillips will face a late fitness test after missing the last three games with a calf problem.
Santi Cazorla, who missed a penalty in this fixture last season, will miss out. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain remains a doubt after picking up a hamstring injury.
The Baggies have beaten Arsene Wenger’s side just once in the last six seasons, a 2-1 triumph at The Hawthorns last campaign.
Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez has had a hand in 35 goals this season (21 goals, 14 assists), more than any other Premier League player in all competitions. Matt Phillips leads the way for the Baggies with 13.
From the archive
There was a great game at The Hawthorns in March 2011 with the Gooners fighting back from two goals down to draw 2-2 with the Baggies. Steven Reid and Peter Odemwingie were on target for the hosts.

Arsenal dominate the head to head record between the two sides with 70 wins to 37. 30 games have been drawn.
Seats remain on sale to season ticket holders and members.
