The England number one is set to undergo his West Ham medical today as the club close in on a deal to bring the keeper to the capital.

It is understood that West Ham will pay 50% of his £100,000 a week wages with Manchester City covering the other half.
At the end of Hart’s season-long loan deal, the Hammers will have an option to sign the player on a permanent basis for as little as £10m.
It is thought that a move for the stopper had collapsed earlier in the week as talks broke down, but Slaven Bilic’s side swooped when an unnamed club pulled out of the race.
