Jack Butland has returned to action for Stoke City this season after a long injury-enforced absence

Jose Mourinho’s side won all their games in August without conceding a goal, easing past West Ham, Swansea City and Leicester City.
They will now look to extend their winning run on Saturday when they travel to the bet365 Stadium in a match you can listen to LIVE on talkSPORT.
Bookmakers have United down as big favourites but Stoke stunned Arsenal in their last home match and goalkeeper Jack Butland says his side are in confident mood ahead of the big clash.
Speaking to Ian Abrahams, the England ace said: “We have had some joy against them in the past so hopefully we can replicate some similar form and get something off them on the weekend.
“Someone has got to stop them and hopefully we can be the side that do that.
“We will have to have a similar approach to what we had against Arsenal – make sure we are really solid at the back, as a unit defend really well, and see what we can pick up on the counter-attack and going the other way.
“We certainly feel strong with the way we are playing and the way we are defending and hopefully we can take something from the game.”
Stoke were tipped to struggle by many ahead of the new season and lost their opening game away to Everton. But they have taken four points from their last two games, having followed up their win over Arsenal with a hard-fought draw at West Brom.
And, having made a number of promising signings over the summer, Butland is confident his side will enjoy a successful season.
“I don’t think we ever thought we were going to struggle,” he insisted.
“We lost a few big characters and credit to the management and club – we have brought in some big characters and some really good quality as well.
“We felt unfortunate to lose on the first day of the season and we bounced back with a great win against Arsenal and a good away point against West Brom so I feel like we are in a really good place and the players we have got are very exciting. We are looking forward to seeing what we can do this year.”
