Kroos’ agent believes the midfielder is the “steal of the century” in reference to the £20m Real Madrid paid for him in 2014. Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola wanted to keep him, but Kroos thought he deserved more money than he was being offered by the German club and, shortly after winning the World Cup in 2014, he was sold. The 27-year-old is one of the best midfielders in the world and has continued collecting trophies in Spain, winning two Champions Leagues and a domestic title.

Volker Struth said the midfielder is “the steal of the century” in reference to the £20million Real paid Bayern in 2014. Kroos was one of the key players in Bayern’s treble winning team when they won the league, cup and Champions League in 2013 and then the World Cup with Germany in 2014.
