The striker has been in seriously impressive form since joining Swansea City last summer, bagging 15 goals in a brilliant debut season in the Premier League.
The Spanish international hasn’t been involved for the Swans so far this season after sustaining an injury during the summer – but the South Wales side are still desperate to keep hold of their man.
However, according to Spanish publication AS, Chelsea are closing in on a £15m deal as Swansea City look towards former striker Wilfried Bony to be Llorente’s replacement.
The report suggests that the deal could be completed as soon as today to bring the striker to Stamford Bridge.
Antonio Conte is known to be a big fan of Llorente having worked with the striker during their time at Juventus – and has previously tried to bring the Spanish international to Stamford Bridge in January.
