The Belgium international returned to his best form in 2016-17 as his exploits played a huge part in helping Chelsea to reclaim their Premier League title from Leicester.
However, Hazard’s eye-catching form has once again led to speculation that he will be a transfer target for Real Madrid.
Hazard is currently contracted to Chelsea until the summer of 2020 but the west London outfit will be keen to tie him down to a longer deal.
The 26-year-old, who scored 16 Premier League goals and assisted a further five this season, has revealed he will speak to the club about a new deal when he returns from international duty.
Hazard told Het Nieuwsblad: “I’m happy at the club. When I’m back from the national team, we’ll have time to talk and see what’s possible.
“At this moment, there’s nothing on the table.”
