Turkish outlet Futbol Arena claim that Senol Gunes’ side have made an enquiry to the Premier League champions about a potential deal for the French defender.
Although Chelsea have no desire of letting Zouma leave on a permanent deal, Antonio Conte is open to the 22-year-old moving out on loan as he bids to find regular first-team football.
Zouma has attracted interest from clubs home and abroad, and Besiktas are the latest side to register an interest in the highly-rated defender.
Stoke City and West Brom are believed to be battling it out for a loan deal for the player, while Lyon, Marseille, Nice and Sevilla are all interested in Zouma.
Zouma had previously stated that he wanted to remain in the capital – whether that be at Chelsea or another club – but a potential deal to Crystal Palace now cannot go through.
League rules state that a club cannot loan two players to the same Premier League team, so Zouma can’t join the Eagles due to Ruben Loftus-Cheek’s season-long loan deal at Selhurst Park.
Although the French international may be reluctant to move away from the Premier League, Besiktas will hope the prospect of playing regular Champions League football could lure him to Turkey.
The Turkish champions, who have already signed Pepe from Real Madrid in the transfer window, are said to want Zouma to replace Marcelo following his move to Lyon.
