Reports in Turkey from Fanatik claim that Badou N’Diaye is on his way to London to have a medical at West Ham and it could be completed on Monday.
The 26-year-old is an attacking midfielder, who can also play on the right wing or as a central midfielder though he prefers to play in a Manuel Lanzini-style role.
N’Diaye, from Senegal, started his career at Diambars in his home country before he earned a loan move to Norway and FK Bodø/Glimt, where he made 27 appearances in 2012.
Three goals in 27 appearances was enough to earn him a permanent move to Norway and N’Diaye would go on to make a further 73 appearances and had an impressive scoring record, notching 25 goals in two seasons.
That form saw Turkish side Osmalispor take notice and they picked him up in August 2015 for what seems a very cheap £300,000, considering he is now worth nearly £10m.
N’Diaye made 42 appearances in all competitions for the Turkish Super Lig side last season and scored seven times, while assisting three others.
The midfielder has recently said he will “definitely” leave Turkey this summer and his club’s general manager is quotes as saying: “We have an agreement with one team. N’Diaye will speak with them. This should be official by next week.”
